On day two I cover how to market and attract the affluent investors and get them into your own syndications even if you are a novice at the syndication game. I explain and show the back up of the black letter law allowing accredited investors to invest pre-tax money through unique and legally powerful set ups only known to billionaires. I have my professional team of CPAs and attorneys that explain how this business model would work (only 12 attorneys in North America deal with these unique set ups). These methods are only taught in these private retreats to keep the competitive advantage for the group.

Then I present a couple of my business models to show members how they can dial into an existing structure to either invest their money along side mine for safety and high returns. Or how they can just present the syndication to others and get paid a referral fee or how they can start their own syndication by using my resources to sub-syndicate and make huge cash flow spread on the money they raise and bring into my existing offering.
I also offer these privileged members a way to invest their money in my REOs hassle free and give them an additional opportunity to assign them without even using any of their money and make thousands in profits without any risk on their part.

On day three we go through how to select the right properties, present the numbers and the offer in a way that investors are attracted to invest with you. Each participant gets the chance to present to the group their syndication and gets critiqued for improvements to be able to know exactly how to attract the affluent and how to present to them effectively.

Then we wrap it up by going over the four business models that make millions: the PR set up, the tax advantaged ways to attract affluent investors, my existing syndication that allows any member of the group to invest, get a referral or sub-syndicate and finally the REOs venture that can give the fast returns with little or no money.

The knowledge of how these business models work together create the short cut to financial freedom for each individual attending this life changing event.
