GENERAL RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations are on a first-come basis. All bookings must have a
completed questionnaire filled out by the person renting home via
the internet. This form will be emailed to you upon request. Reservations
are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% deposit
or / payment in full. The remaining balance must be received 3
weeks prior to your arrival or your deposit will be lost as a result.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE
Check-in time is 12:00-3:00 p.m.and 5:00-8:00p.m.or after on
the day of arrival and check out is by 11:30 a.m. on day of departure.
There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.
SENDING PAYMENT
Mail "Deposit (1/2 of payment)" or "Payment in
Full" to: Alexis Edwards, 234 Del Gado Rd., San Clemente,
CA 92672. Send "personal check" and be sure it is sent
regular mail and not certified.
SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS
A security deposit is required for all properties, and the amounts
vary from property to property. This information can be found
on each property page of this website. The Security Deposit will
be returned after the management has determined that there are
no fines or damages. A one-time cleaning fee is collected for
each home, and such fees are shown on the property pages in this
website.
Should you not be able to find such information, or have further
questions not answered by this website, please contact the Bobby's
Villas y Casitas by the Sea management, and they will be more
tha happy to answer each and every question you might have.
Please note that while we definitely want everyone to have a
GREAT time while visiting Bobby's Villas y Casitas by the Sea,
wild, rowdy and/or drunken partying is NOT welcome. All villas
and casitas are privately-owned and while staying in the community,
visitors are required to adhere to the RULES. Please note this
